T. A. Beach Corporation was incorporated in August of 1972 for the purpose of Electrical Construction, Maintenance and Service. Beach is registered and licensed in the states of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. We have experienced a continuing growth pattern over the past thirty six (36) years and look forward to the future growth within the company.

The scope of our work encompasses the commercial field including, but not limited to, high rise office buildings, apartment complexes, condos, and shopping centers. The institutional domain involves schools, universities, hospitals, health/biomedical labs, electronics labs, environmental systems labs, U.P.S. systems, co-generation with paralleling switchgear and extensive property service accounts and system installations both in the United States and US owned properties in foreign countries abroad.

Our office personnel are capable of assisting architects, general contractors, engineers, clients and owners in the preparation of electrical budgets and firm prices. T. A. Beach has an enviable record in the arrangements of competitive bids and the execution of contracts with genuine quality and workmanship. Also, we have aggressively pursued the fast paced computer revolution. Our office personnel have the capacity to provide computer estimates with endless breakdowns and unit pricing tailored for each customer as needed. We utilize Auto-Cad as a standard for concept, installation and as-built drawings. We also have a fully computerized accounting system with custom bills and statements as required by each individual project.
