Our highly experienced Estimating Division is continuously working with owner's requests, multiple suppliers and subcontractors to provide trusted pricing that will meet or exceed all specifications while working within the end users budget restrictions.

Our top notch management team works tirelessly to ensure an on-time and cost effective electrical installation that leaves all customers completely satisfied when the construction project is completed. From cost analysis to AutoCAD coordination, our management team can provide any need that arises quickly and efficiently throughout the course of a project.

Our Labor Supervision is managed at several levels to ensure a blanket of communication between the Field and Office Staff. Our Field Supervisors are second to none. Their expertise in electrical construction provides a level of confidence to any project that all phases will be well coordinated. T.A. Beach believes that good working relationships are formed by trust. We hire men and women who will show leadership on the job. Our field staff's only obligation is to complete the job as quickly and efficiently as possible. T.A. Beach is experienced in large, complex projects such large scale data centers, health care facilities, historical renovations and mixed-use multi-tower projects. We have successfully completed several hotel and condominium projects as well as both large and smaller core and shell office buildings. We are experienced in both local and federal government funded jobs. Our Fire Alarm division is one of the most respected divisions among the contractors, owners and inspecting authorities in the Washington Metropolitan area.
